The knife blade is forged from a single piece of hardened, high quality steel exclusive to Arcos, Nitrum®.

The strength of the handle and its novel design, combined with the colour of the metal with its contrasting black, gives this model a distinct touch of class and elegance.

Manufactured from forged stainless steel and Polyoxymethylene, these knives have an exceptional finish, a high tolerance to wear and tear, and are detergent resistant, as well as resistant to high and low temperatures of between -40 and 150°C.
