Ham Knife 'Universal' by Arcos

The Universal series by Arcos was designed with everyday use in mind.

The long, flexible blade is made of Arcos exclusive, durable and long-lasting NITRUM® stainless steel.

The ergonomic, slip-resistant handle provides a firm and comfortable grip, and the handle scales are made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), which is highly resistant to impact, abrasion and solvents, and is able to withstand both high and low temperatures of between -40 to 150°C.

The handle rivets are made of stainless steel alloy, ensuring extremely high resistance to corrosion.
